Recommended Use:

Adult Dose: (13+ years)
Take one tablespoon (15 ml) of SambuGuard two to four times daily.

Child Dose: (6-12 years)
Give half a tablespoon of SambuGuard two to four times daily.

Child Dose: (2-6 years)
Give one teaspoon two to four times daily.

For an energizing tea:
Dilute one tablespoon of SambuGuard in one cup of hot water and sip.

For a refreshing drink:
Dilute one tablespoon of SambuGuard in one cup of water, and add a few ice cubes along with freshly squeezed lemon.
